Animals are like humans or at least that is how the majority of you treat them. You treat them as part of your family or as a child – if you don’t have one. If you do have children your animal(s) are treated as just another kid. All of your vacations are planned around your animals. It does not matter whether you have dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, rabbits, ferrets, etc., etc. Everything you do and where you go is planned around them. What do you mean by that? Either you need to go to places that allow you to bring your animals with you or you need to get people to watch over them while you’re gone. With that said, let’s talk about 5 ways animals are like humans.
5 Ways Animals Are Like Humans Even Though They Are Not
Yup that’s right they eat, just like you and I. The only difference is they eat less frequently than we do, and they eat “dog” food. Unless of course they’re spoiled and you feed Spot the dog Filet Mignon. Don’t laugh, you know you’ve fed your dog Filet Mignon before. I guarantee it.
Oh boy do they ever. In fact, in my opinion that’s the beauty of being an animal in that you can sleep all day and no one will yell at you for doing so. Unlike your girlfriend, wife, or even your kids. You and I get to sleep. but sleeping all day never happens. The only exception is if you’re in high school or college, then you can get away with sleeping as much as you want.
Animals Go To The Bathroom
Do I need to elaborate on this one? It’s pretty cut and dry. Don’t you think? Only difference is that they go outside and you need to clean up after they do, whereas you use a toilet.
Animals usually go outside and run around. Now if they’re indoor animals they will run around and wreck your house. Or if they’re one of the smaller animals previously mentioned they have mazes and toys they play with to get their exercise.
Animals Get Dirty And Need To Bathe
Yes, they do. Especially, if they’re out in the rain or rolling around in mud outside. They’ll definitely need a bath. The only difference here between you and an animal is you need to bathe every day and an animal not quite as often.
Those are 5 ways animals are like humans. Now you and I both know, that animals are not humans. So, let’s keep that in perspective.
