In the week since we last spoke and I started this challenge I lost 10 pounds! Yep, that’s right my friend I lost 10 pounds in a week. I know what you’re thinking there is no way in hell you lost 10 pounds in a week. So, did I exercise like a mad man? Starve myself? Go on an all liquid diet? No, no, no.
