Okay as I told you last week I had lost 10 pounds in a week. I went from 175 pounds to 165 pounds. For this update I am hear to tell you my weight stayed the same – 165 pounds. I did not lose a single pound over the last week. Am I discouraged? Do I feel like I am not going to reach my goal? Hell no. It takes time to lose weight and you can plateau in the process, this is normal. It’s hard to do, especially what I am going to do. The important thing is to stick with it no matter what and don’t give up. I still have 2 weeks to go and a lot can happen in these next two weeks. It’s with this type of attitude that you can accomplish anything if you put your mind to it and stick with it!
