I am being a little sarcastic with that last part, but you get the point. In addition to not eating anything or anything palatable you need to exercise. Trouble with all of this is you do it for a little bit, then go back to your old ways. What happens? All of the weight you lost came back overnight. Now, that really does not make any sense to eat that way. Does it? Sure doesn’t. Lucky for you we’re going to talk about the things to eat for weight loss that are not “healthy.”

Number 1 Unhealthy Thing To Eat
Any type of meat? Yes, any type of meat. You can eat steak – Filet Mignon, Ribeye, Porterhouse, Prime Rib. You can eat chicken, fish, shrimp, sausage. It’s especially important if you’re a man to eat fattier meats as it helps to maintain healthy testosterone levels. As you age those levels go down so, your diet needs to be sufficient in saturated animal fat to boost it.
Here’s the key if you’re going to eat these types of meat for weight loss.
You need to eat a normal sized portion.
What’s a normal portion size for meat?
How do you know that a piece of meat is 3 ounces or not?
3 ounces of meat is about the size of a deck of playing cards.
As long as you only eat 3 ounces of meat in one sitting, then you can eat any of the meat we talked about above and lose weight.
If you pound down 25 ounces of Prime Rib, then that will not work.
Number 2 Unhealthy Thing To Eat
What do you mean by sugar?
Candies, cookies, desserts of any kind.
That doesn’t mean you sit down and eat 5 or 6 cookies. Have 1 cookie. And if the cookie is the size of your head, then only eat a quarter or a half of it.
If we’re talking candy, only have a handful or a 1/4 measuring cup full of candy.
This way you get to satisfy your cravings without gorging yourself.
Who said you can’t eat sweets and still lose weight?
Number 3 Unhealthy Thing To Eat
What kind of fat?
Nuts, avocados, olive oil, olives, peanut butter.
These types of fats provide you with essential fatty acids that your body needs. Your body can’t make essential fatty acids so they need to be consumed via your diet.
Only eat a small portion at a time.
For nuts only eat a handful at once.
Use olive oil sparingly. Don’t drench your salad or pasta in it. Drizzle it on.
In regards to peanut butter only use 2 tablespoons at one time.
Number 4 Unhealthy Thing To Eat
Every thing out there says if you’re trying to lose weight, don’t eat fruit.
Because it has sugar in it.
Well, that’s bad advice. The sugar in fruit is naturally occurring, unlike the sugar in candy. Further fruit contains fiber that fills you up and slows down digestion. Making you feel full longer.
Which means what?
You eat less and lose weight!
Also, tell me the last time someone got FAT by eating fruit?
Answer. They didn’t. They just ate too much of everything.
How much fruit should you eat?
1 serving at a time.
- 1 apple
- 1 orange
- 1 pear
- 1 cup of berries (blue, black, or raspberries)
- 1 cup of melons
- 1/2 banana
Why only 1/2 of a banana? Bananas are huge these days. I swear they give them growth hormone or something.

You’ve read it or heard about it. If you want to lose weight, cut out the pasta.
Yes, all pasta.
There’s good news. That’s a crock of crap. You can eat pasta.
The only thing you can’t do is eat an entire plate of pasta dripping in Alfredo sauce.
That’s like enough servings for 5 people. No. Seriously it is.
A serving of pasta is the size of the palm of your hand.
So, you can eat pasta, but no more than that at once. Unless your goal is to gain weight. Then by all means go for it.
