Or the Tweeter who all they do is ReTweet other’s people’s Tweets constantly, and I mean constantly. Well, I have some good news for you. This Tweeter shares content with their followers that they feel will benefit them. They will only ReTweet epic Tweets from those they choose to follow. Everything they do in the Twitterverse is geared toward the people they interact with on a daily via the Twitter machine.
2-The Thought Leader
This individual is considered an “expert” in their field. The only information they will share pertains to their field of expertise. A Thought Leader is very well respected in their area of expertise and what they have to say on the matter is of importance to their followers.
I already alluded to this Tweeter in the beginning of our conversation. They flood their Twitter feed with links to their blog posts and/or affiliate links. How can they possibly Tweet that many links? Do they do anything else besides Tweet? They use a tool to automate that process. There is no way this could be done manually.
The more, the better is the case for this Tweeter. What do you mean? They’re all about how many followers can they get, but will return the favor by saying they will follow you back if you follow them. Also, the number of followers will be equal to the number of people following them for this Tweeter.
Well this Tweeter is definitely not you, as your bankroll and lack of fame will not quite make the cut. Why? This type of Tweeter is usually reserved for celebrities and high profile athletes. Not the average Joe’s of the world. You’ll frequently see said celebrity endorse a product via a sponsored Tweet that they’re compensated handsomely for.
Are we talking about dating? Ah no. This is really a name of a Twitter style. What do they do on Twitter? They spend their time connecting with and talking with those who have the same interests. Here’s an example. If you’re a tech entrepreneur then you’ll try to connect with other tech entrepreneurs. Reason being is that you understand their challenges and they understand yours. There is commonality between the two of you.
Basically, this Tweeter is self-explanatory. They talk constantly in real life, which means their main goal on Twitter is engaging and Tweeting with others. They have no interest in Tweeting out links, They’re all about that interaction!
The name says it all, doesn’t it? Do we need to discuss what they do on Twitter? No. All this Tweeter does is ReTweet Tweets. Since this is all they do on Twitter they’re considered an expert ReTweeter.
Well, these Tweeters seem to have a problem. And they need to go to Tweeters Anonymous like yesterday. Seriously, that’s all they do is Tweet. I mean they Tweet something like 20 times an hour and it’s not abnormal if they Tweet over 10,000 times a month. That’s insane! They Tweet about EVERYTHING! That includes sharing information no one needs or wants to know about. Hopefully this is not you.
