Unless you have been living in solitary confinement my friend I am sure you are familiar with a squeeze page – aka landing page. If not, here is a simple explanation. A squeeze page is what you use to advertise your affiliate offer in which you drive traffic to. Here is an example of one of my squeeze pages. The goal of a squeeze page is to capture a prospect’s name and email address to send them information they opted in to receive and put them through your sales funnel.
How do you make a squeeze page? How do you know if it works? Do I need to be technically savvy? Making a squeeze page is so easy a monkey could do it. Heck I am able to do and if I can do it so can you. There are programs out there to help you with this. I will elaborate on what I use and how I use it in an upcoming post. You need to develop a squeeze page that fits your affiliate offer and try it out by sending traffic to it. Take a look at your stats. What was the opt-in rate? Conversion rate? So on and so forth. Based on what those statistics tell you then make small changes to the squeeze page. What do I mean? Change a couple of the words, utilize a different color background, if the stats were really poor switch to a different squeeze page template. MAKE SMALL TWEAKS and only change one thing at a time. Wash, rinse, repeat until you get a squeeze page that is converting like crazy.
